A stipend of up to PLN 4,000 per month (brutto brutto), paid for 12 months, with the possibility of renewal for 24 more months, will be awarded in accordance with the rules contained in the Regulations for awarding NCN scholarships in research projects financed by the National Science Centre (Annex to the NCN Council Resolution No. 25/2019 of 14 March 2019). In the event of resignation of the selected candidate, the right to indicate the next person from the ranking list is reserved.
Content of the announcement

Applications should be submitted by 4 November 2022 in electronic form to the following address: konkurs@ifispan.edu.pl (copy: dubrow.2@osu.edu) with a note in the title: “GRA NCN Grant Post-Pandemic Society”.

The selection of candidates will be conducted on the basis of the principles set out in the Regulations for awarding NCN scholarships in research projects financed by the National Science Centre (Annex to the NCN Council Resolution No. 25/2019 of 14 March 2019) and in accordance with generally applicable laws and internal regulations of the entity in which the project is implemented.

The selection of candidates will take place in two stages. In the first stage, the Selection Committee will apprise the completeness of application packages on formal grounds, and make a preliminary assessment of candidates on the basis of submitted documents. Up to four of the highest rated candidates will be invited to a personal interview. The personal interviews, to be conducted in English and lasting up to 30 minutes, constitute the second stage of the competition. In the event of resignation of the selected candidate, the right to indicate another person from the ranking list is reserved.

Candidates selected for interview will be notified electronically by November 8, 2022.

Interviews will be scheduled for: November 14 – 15, 2022 at IFiS’ headquarters or as a teleconference.

We will alert the chosen candidate by no later than November 17, 2022.
