The process of application for the HR Excellence in Research Logo

The Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences is in the process of application for the HR Excellence in Research Logo. The Logo is awarded by the European Commission to research institutes that implement the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers – the key documents of European policy in the area of increasing attractiveness of work conditions and development of careers of researchers.

In September 2019 the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology submitted the endorsement letter (Declaration of Support for the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers).

Since September 2019, consultations have been taking place in the Institute. This includes preparation of reports and documents required in the procedure.  A special Commission was established to consult and oversee the HR EiR logo procedure:
