He is the head of the Max Planck Partner Group for the Sociology of Economic Life. His dissertation, which investigated the working time of Warsaw taxi drivers, focused on the role of social time in the economy. For his dissertation he received from the Max Planck Society the Otto Hahn Medal for outstanding scientific achievement. He is currently conducting research on the impact of digital platforms on capitalism |
