IT remote help in IFiS PAN
Quick Help in Windows 10/11
There is an easy way to use remote help in Windows systems. To make advantage of this feature You need to run an appropriate application, build in Windows 10 or 11 system. Run quick search and type “quick assist”. Run the application.
Now You have to enter a quick assist code provided by Your IT remote assistant. Click share Your screen option and accept the incoming connection.
After the remote connection is established, You will see a yellow screen border and a little window above the screen.
Using this options You can either pause the remote session or cancel it.
Quick Assist is an alternative to TeamViewer application. We are using both in IFiS PAN to provide a remote help.
