Bio-communism – Reconceptualizing Communism in the Age of Biopolitics

On the 25th and 26th of January GSSR hosts an international workshop: Bio-communism – Reconceptualizing Communism in the Age of Biopolitics (program).

The workshop begins with a video-introduction by Nick Dyer-Witheford and is followed by a public keynote lecture by Szymon Wróbel entitled: Bio-communism as the Overcoming of Biopolitics and as its Effect. We hope to see you on the 25th from 10:45 to 12:45, room 268 on Nowy Świat 72.

NB! Participation in this lecture is free, while participation in the workshop is limited to paying presenters only. If you wish to attend please make sure to arrive 10-15min early as all non-presenters are required to sign an attendance sheet for statistical purposes to take part in the keynote lecture.
